The CBSE has made certain changes in the pattern of the examination paper for class X from the year 2026. This has been done to make the board examination 2026 easier for the students and to make the evaluation process student friendly.PERFECT 10+1 Sample Papers Mathematics has been prepared according to the latest design of Question Paper issued by the CBSE for 2026 examination.This book contains five solved sample papers on the basis of new examination pattern. According to the revised pattern, each paper has been set for a maximum of 80 marks, i.e. 20 questions of 1 mark each, 5 questions of 3 marks, 4 questions of 5 marks and 3 questions of 4 marks each.Students are advised to attempt the questions in the solved sample papers independently and then tally them with the model solutions provided in the book. This will give them a chance to evaluate their understanding of the topics and then analyses the area of the improvements.Five unsolved sample papers have also been prepared according to the latest pattern. The answers of each unsolved sample paper are given at the end of this book.Students are advised to attempt the five unsolved sample papers on their own by giving 3:15 hours time (i.e., 15 minutes for reading the paper and 3 hours for solving the paper) to each paper. Solving these papers in the exact examination style will enable the students to practice time management for the board examination.
